Receive your order just the way you like it: delivered at home, at work, or to a nearby GLS ParcelShop. Within the Benelux, delivery takes 1–3 business days and is free from €175.
During Sale and Archive periods, a return fee of €4.50 applies within the Benelux. If you choose a voucher instead of a refund, this fee is waived and your return is free.
Start your return online by entering your order number (with #) and your email address. Drop off your parcel at any GLS ParcelShop or locker.
