Returns
At Gigue, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, returning it is simple and stress-free. Please note, returns can only be requested online and cannot be processed in Gigue boutiques.
How to return an item?
- Request your return online: Click the button below to get started. Follow the steps and receive your return label by email.
2. Pack your items with care: Use the original packaging or a sturdy box to protect your items.
3. Send your package: Attach the return label and drop off your package at a GLS parcel shop or locker nearby.
- Outside Sale periods: returns are free within the Benelux.
- During Sale and Archive periods: a return fee of €4.50 applies within the Benelux.
- If you choose a voucher instead of a refund: the return fee is waived and your return is free.
- Outside the Benelux: you can request a return label via the portal; additional costs apply.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact.
- Returns must be requested online and shipped within 14 days of purchase.
- Customized or altered items are not eligible for return.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 to 10 business days, via the original payment method used.If you opt for a voucher, you will receive it once your return has been processed.

The federal government provides a standard form to notify us of your withdrawal. At Gigue, this form is not required for returns.
Exchange
Exchanges are not possible for administrative reasons. Need a different size? Simply place a new order.
