Gigue Days contest rules

1. The contest is being organised by Profile NV, with registered offices at 9810 Eke, 's Gravendreef 24 (hereinafter referred to as "Gigue").
2. Gigue reserves the right to alter, postpone, shorten, or withdraw the contest or any part thereof if circumstances require. Gigue cannot be held liable for this. Printing, spelling, typesetting or other errors cannot be held as grounds for any obligation by Gigue.
3. There will be no correspondence (exchanges of letter, e-mails, and/or telephone calls) regarding the contest rules, organisation, and/or results. All additional announcements and/or publications in connection with the contest will be considered part of the rules. All decisions made by Gigue are without recourse.
4. The contest is open to all persons residing in Belgian or Dutch territory, with the exception of Gigue staff members, companies (including staff members and employees) involved in the organisation of the contest, and all family members (i.e. people living at the same residence) of persons in those excluded categories. If the participant is under 18 years of age at the time of participation, they must have the express approval of their parents and/or guardian and must provide proof of that approval at Gigue's first request.
5. Special conditions of participation are detailed in the contest information. Those conditions apply in addition to these general terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between the special conditions and the general terms and conditions, the special conditions shall prevail. Late responses or entries will not be considered.
6. None of the prizes can be exchanged for cash or other benefits in kind. Prizes will only be awarded or given to the winner, who may be asked to prove their identity. The participant forfeits the right to their prize if they have not collected it within 5 days of the end of the contest, unless a different deadline or procedure is indicated at the time of the contest. Gigue also reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible participant.
7. Unless expressly indicated otherwise in the contest information, each participant may only participate once. In the event of multiple responses, participations, or entries, Gigue will only consider the first response that was received, without prejudice to Gigue's right to apply clause 9.
8. A maximum of one prize will be awarded per address/residence where multiple people live together as a family.
9. In case of abuse, deception, or fraud, Gigue expressly reserves the right to exclude the participant(s) concerned from participating in this and/or other Gigue contests in any way whatsoever.
10. Each participant, by their mere participation, automatically and unconditionally grants Gigue permission to publish their name, address, and, where applicable, photograph, as well as their identification as a participant or winner of the contest, and waives all rights in that regard.
11. The personal information that Gigue collects about participants falls within the scope of Article 4 § 1 of the Privacy Act of 8 December 1992. This information will be included in the database for internal use and/or can be used by Gigue direct mail purposes. Participants do have free access to this information in order to request that the information be corrected and/or deleted, if necessary.
12. By participating in the contest, participants agree to full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
13. The contest shall run from 28/09/2023 to 15/10/2023.
14. The winner will be personally notified by e-mail before the end of October.
